360 FEEDBACK TOOLS
SHIFT POSITIVE® 360: The Shift Positive® method is a new and unique way of gathering and giving feedback that's grounded in positive psychology and engaging the leader's "people system" as allies who actively and openly support the leader's development throughout the change process. More than 35% of the time, feedback interventions lead to a decrease in performance. This method is solution focused and provides a path forward of what to do instead. LEADERSHIP CIRCLE PROFILE: The Leadership Circle Profile is an instrument that connects a well researched battery of competencies with underlying motivating habits of thought. It reveals the relationship between patterns of action and internal assumptions that drive behavior. The instrument measures two domains Creative competencies and Reactive Competencies so the key areas for development rise to the surface.
